    from min 20 till on 30 he [rylai] didnt bought any ward or sentry even that there were 4 wards in stock cuz he wanted to farm. when i asked him to get some wards he ignored me. on min 25 he used ult on creeps just to take my farm at 2nd tower down. i know this isnt too much for unvouch but at least he should get warn for this game ruin.

    I was obsing that game, and I won't issue warning cause that game was complete mess anyway.

    But, I'll keep it in mind in case he repeats this, or something similar.
