    Question Is this ban able?

    Other team was staying on our fountain like 10-15 minutes , first they was killing us while sniper was killing a fountain , after that they was just staying there and killing non stop for 5-10 minutes , Shadow Fiend from our team ruined game , then didn't wanted to fortified and they didn't wanted to kick him . I remember long , ago for same reason i got banned like few years ago and it was perma ban , so if it's still ban able , please do something about this.
