Log on problem on Frozen Throne ( Battle Net )

Dear Everyone, I need help.
I am a new comer on Battle net, I create a new account on eurobattle.net and activate it already, but when i try to log on to Frozen Throne it requires me to create new account every time. Hope to see your reply soon.
