Account and email problems

I registered a new account to my email [email]masanburek@outlook.com[/email] and i didn't get a activation message,and now i can't use my email to create a new account even if it passed more then 2 WEEKS! not 2 days! And the admin isn't anwsering my private messages and he has been online. Can you please make me available to register a new account to that email or atleast send the activation link again?
