Activation link in email does not work.

tried making an account and when I click the confirmation link that you receive in an email there is an error. I tried to make a few just to be sure, please please some one resolve this because i cant play. below is what i get when i try to confirm. it does not need to be activated its just the validation email link.

404 Not Found
The resource requested could not be found on this server!
