Vampirism Fire [Eu] Game ruining (Vamp Feeding - intentionally)

Today i've been playing Vampirism Fire Eu than one of players acted like that:

As i know it's not legal to feed vamp intentionally. He made so many houses than he started to feed vamp by sending so many humans as u can see in attached picture.

Sorry if I choosen wrong subject but I'm not sure where should i post report because of that behaviour.

We r not banning for that, you can report him on the bot/forum where you have played that game.
