Just gonna quote some stuff from Your rule book:

So, here's the deal - From now on, each heavy insult, racism, hard flaming of any kind in a game, or even while being in channel, will be punishable. We will not tolerate insults of any kind, from any user. We won't care if the user has an account with 10 games played or 10.000 games played.

and this

- By heavy insults, we mostly refer to racism, religion / nation related insults, continuous insults regarding families and any other similar to it. Words like 'noob', 'idiot', 'retard' should be out of question.

The only thing I see there is thread's bad name

- You'll need to open a thread, which will contain the name of the user who you're reporting. Example: 'XFIRE badmannered'.

and a nonsense report, the game was paused without any warning, if what I said is a heavy insult, then seriously rofl...

hope this mistake is gonna get fixed up asap.
