1.Did u create account on forum?Or in game?If ingame thats wrong so go create account here http://app2.eurobattle.net/accounts/ .
2.Make sure you have latest installer that we are using. (also gproxy,netframework 3.5 atleast).
3.As mr.niceguy said, post a screenshot .It will help us see what the problem is.
