Hosting a game - Others can join, LANs cant

I'm making good use of this forum :P.

So my problem goes like this: When I host a game, others can join it, but my brother (who is playing on another computer through the same router) can't.
I remember solving it a while back, but since I recently downloaded it again and on a new computer, I can't seem to get it to work.
I remember it had something to do with the Loopback Adapter. Also, for some weird reason, we can't see each others' game on the LAN (outside of eurobnet).

Was wondering if you can help me solve this, thanks.

So, I think this will work, but the problem is my brother can't see my games in the LAN. Do you know why is that?

That's right. What could be causing that? I'm positive my brother is on my LAN...we can share files, use the same router, same internet, everything. Heck, he even can't enter my games online, which is another sign :/

Please don't reply to this thread anymore if you do not know that there's a difference between a hardware cursor and a softare cursor, niceone. It might cause a mess.
