Mana Bars program

Hi. I was downloading DTM and suddenly i saw another program called dota mana bars. Before even downloading it i wanted to ask if it's allowed on our server.

I don't want to have unpleasant surprises and that's why i'm asking before downloading it.


P.S: I'm sorry because i posted at the hacks section but how else would know better than you guys?

Mana Bars is forbidden, don't download it. This program gives you advantage against other players, they cannot see your mana bar.
