I think this player got ban on more than 10 accouts because of my reports in past (track him and report-ban, every 2-3 months on lagabuse), but he makes new accounts to ruin more games and to insult other players. He have simple philosophy of playing here - ruin all games and offend everyone. In 80-90% games he insult other players on racial, national or religion base and when he got banned on one account, he make another for same purpose. Is there any way to lock this player permanently on server, or he have a right to play by own rules and ruin more games in future?
I know you don't like maphackers here and you punish them with maximum punishment, so why not punish this racist with maximum punishment and remove him from eurobattle..
