Ban is not a solution

i am playing dota on playdota server and people are using mh almost all of the games, first of all why they use the map hack because they want to have better psr and kill rate so my idea is that administrator should make 1000 psr and -100 kill rate to mh player in this case that account will be garbage so mh will be history.

what is ban ? mh player are laughing about it, they say go give me to forum because after 2 days they will have their perfect account with perfect psr and kill rate ..

i hated it really please do something like my idea and it is so easy to do it for you
