more than a year passed, check is that nick is still locked and does it exists.

It's still locked,though no idea if it still exists I can't create a new account with that name so I guess it exists,I pretty much forgot about this since at the time I stopped playing DotA so sry for being late.
Ask Cen, it was his ban, I cant remove it since it was given by head admin.
