Can you ban this flamer, I already reported him on lagabuse.com and he is banned for 5 days, but he still wispers me.

I added screenshot in word doc, becouse I cant upload jpg its too large

use tinypic.com or some other web page for uploading images. I wont download file from some unknown guy just to lock a guy.
