    ~ Numele jucatorului . yoopek
    ~ Motivul pentru care este acuzat . antijoc + afk ultimele minute
    ~ Minutul in care a facut ceva suspect si ce anume a facut suspect . tot meciul
    ~ Dovezi : Replay ( care sa fie uploadat aici pe forum, iar daca nu puteti uploada aici folositi acest ->LINK ) + ScreenShot (puteti uploada SS-ul pe ImagesHack). replay + link
    ~ Informatii suplimentare ( orice observatie care o considerati importanta ) nu pot sa spun ca am jucat impecabil dar el a facut "ravagii" mid .... el alege SF si face 3/14 :-j
