PG Tournaments Recruitment

Hello Eurobattle.net users

We are looking for 2 new PG-Tournaments Moderators, if you have any interest on it keep reading to be sure if that's what you're looking for, take a look at the requisites to become one of us.

We are already capable of doing the Tournaments but we feel that Someone new would bring back the Activeness in PG Tournaments and that's the reason why we're looking for new moderators, we need someone with the will to keep with the good work for the progress of our server and the happiness of our players.


What must i do as tournaments moderator ?

• Forum:
  
  • Be Active and should answer any issues relating to it.
  • Replace outdated liks, programs and maps.
  • Keep the main threads in Tournaments Section updated.

• Server:
  
  • Make 2 or 3 Instant Tournaments weekly.
  • Make at least 2 King Of Iron Fist Tournament per month in the weekends.

What about the requirements ?

▲ Good communication skills (English)
▲ Should have some basic knowledge about the Game
▲ Free time to take care of instant tournaments
▲ Patience to deal with our members
▲ To be active in Forum Regularly.

I want to help this section like I did before and more then that you guys are in a issue of players and I would love to try and bring back it's glory. I can say that I changed my atitude and I have more experience than before.

3. Amount of time that you're able to spend daily, weekly or monthly
I can spend 4 or 5 hours per day.

4. Your defects (In case you're not a flawless person)
I'm trying to be helpfull and an enjoying guy with each day that passes, some times I get angry but some times I'm very passive but that's not a big problem if you ask me.

5. Any bad past events (Server/Forum punishments you've suffered)
Nothing that you don't know.

I'd like to help people who don't know how to register in tournaments . The main reason is this , I like PG and i want to maintain PG alive
3. Amount of time that you're able to spend daily, weekly or monthly
Every time after school 5-6 hours and in weekend between 10:00-20:00 whit some breaks , because i'm a person and have I something else to do
4. Your defects (In case you're not a flawless person)
I get angry when I play RT and my ally doesn't help me , but every time I remember Warcraft 3 is a game and I start play it for fun
5. Any bad past events (Server/Forum punishments you've suffered)
Nothing notable

I understand this will be a hard job , but i learn fast.

I'm active on server so i can make alot of tournaments

in midle of week -> 9:00 - 12:00 and in week-end 8 h

i have enough experience in PG and the game maps , and i can run tournaments daily also i'm active on forum ( soon will finish my collage exams but at the moment i can connect daily to the forum/server 2-6 hours except holidays 12 hours or more )

for sure i'm not full person but i'm trying to develop my behavior

My full name is Tomislav Cretnik Tota , I come from Croatia and my server account is MOTHERNATURESON.

2. The reason you want to participate in moderation of PG Tournaments.

I wanted to join before 3-5 months ago but eks.eternal was chosen before me, I have a lot of experiance with pg , I know 90% if not and 100% of players who are registering for tournaments ( KIFT , Instants and special tournaments .. ) I have free time , I won't lie and tell you that I can be 24/7 online but I'm sure that I can take 2-3 hours daily for tournaments. I am member of hacks team so why wouldn't I be member and of Tour staff

3. Amount of time that you're able to spend daily, weekly or monthly

Well I have less than one month to finish collage , so after that I'm your slave . So it means that I can spend a lot of time in W3-TOUR channel ( 5-6 hours ) . More at night when there are more players to play .

4. Your defects (In case you're not a flawless person)

Well I know how to behaiv , I won't flame anyone or something like that , I will take care about everyone the same.... If someone really punch me hard I will just give him ban or kick from channel ( No need for permanent ban , in case how big insults were )

5. Any bad past events (Server/Forum punishments you've suffered)

Well , mothernatureson banlist is clear , last ban that I take was before 3 and more years for dischack.

I like wc3, since dotaleagues are dead I will only play PG and funmaps from now on therefor I think I will have enough time to organise some tournaments.

Will depend on my university but I will have more than enough time I guess.

Nope I am 100% flawless!

Except few minor infractions by Herr for wrong language... None I guess.
