I played 6 years and RGC - EDL, CGA etc leagues, VSA-china, Dota2. I played with some super stars of DotA for online. My team was best of Mongolian country. But this server is good working to europe tunnel.

No offense to the vouchers but, this how ss activity gets lower. You will basically find a reason to postpone the vouching by finding a stupid mistake in his request.

A player doesn't need to know forum tools to be vouched, I personally don't see a reason why is it a MUST to have quotes in his request (yeah, I know according to rules there must be quotes bla bla bla). Adding the quotes is a 3 sec job, which ss mod can do it without the others noticing it.

Aaaaaaaaand after ~2 weeks passing, one voucher will come here and ask "you still here?" and after that he'll lock the thread. Well, obviously he's not here anymore cuz he moved somewhere else and that's just -1 player.

as i said in cen's thread the quote idea is to see if players actually care about joining ss so they at least add the minimum of effort
