teach me simple Serbian

Ok.. I need some help with simple Serbian..

2-3 times a week one Serbian guy come and try to talk to me at work, (Im currently woring as a postman).. H ejust moved to sweden and speaks no swedsish and very little English ( I heard him say "Thank you" and some more word(s)

So He comes up to me and try to ask somethimg about his mails and I have no idea what he is asking about.. It usually ends up that we laugh a little while realizing that we are not understanding a single shit of what the other one is saying..

So I would like you help with some simple phrases and some words

He keeps asking about something while pointing on the mail.. he says the word "bilet" or something, does that mean ticket?
also he keeps calling me kolega but I guess that means collegue/friend?
