The registration period begins on 01.09.2012 and ends at 23:59 p.m. ST on 06/09/2012 (Alongside the brackets and dates that you will have to show up).
The tournament matches may be played at 15:00 and 17:00 hours ST on weekends (8, 9 and 15 of september). So do not register if you don't have free time to play.
The tournament will be played inside w3-tour channel, with Tournament's Team helping.

2. CAN I ENTER ?
You are eligible to enter this tournament if you meet the following requirements at time of entry:
You must have a decent stats or at least 250 matches.
You must have enough time to join server at weekends and play your matches
You must be outside of our Banlist (IP Banned = Denied)
You must give us full information about you (As Requested Bellow)
The first 16 players who come and claim a slot for this tournament will be registered ones.
After having all confirmations, we will draw the groups bellow or in a new thread.
First Round should start at 15:00H S.T. (command /time), we'll tolerate 15 minutes of delay otherwise the one who missed will be replaced by another one who applied.

It's not so hard to understand, we'll have the brackets done before the tournament starts so you don't need to worry, just make sure you're able to come at the weekends (2 consecutive weekends - SAT/SUN)
At every FFA match, the first 2 losers will be sent to the loser's bracket and the 2 survivors will be sent to the next round.
The same happens in the next rounds, except in the 3rd round where the 2 winners from Winner's Bracket will be forward to the finals and the losers will play +1 match and then the last 2 survivors from Loser's Bracket will be also forward the finals.
The teams will be made by arrival order (application), ex.: "1st who registered with 5th, 10th and 16th" this info will be NOT shown to you before the tournament starts, so there's no way for you guys to choose your own opponents.

5. PUNISHMENTS
By entering this tournament you agree with the following additional rules:
Θ Teaming inside game to eliminate your opponents is FORBIDDEN. Θ Games may be played in the arranged date and the meeting will be inside w3-tour channel. (Only english allowed) Θ Swearing, flaming or other kind of offense is strictly forbidden and may result in sudden disqualification. Θ Hacking is strongly prohibited. Members are responsible to know the rules about in-game hacking which can be found in the Hacks Rule Book. (All hacks team's rules are valid for this tournament) Θ Missing a tour match may result in 1 month ban from tournaments. (2 Matches = 2 Months and so on..) Θ Excuses like "i didn't read the rules" are not acceptable.
NOTE : Players who are Banned [URL="http://eurobattle.net/threads/141640-Important-Announcements?p=1483235&viewfull=1#post1483235"]here[/URL], will not be allowed to play this Tournament.. Players who are given Excused are strictly told to Finish their Matches without fail... If they skip their matches they will be moved from Excused to Banned.
