All staff members here are being payed 0.
The only payment they get is a thank you and allot of happy faces.
Therefor you can't expect us to have instant replies to all your topics and problems.
I can only say this much about english (main) tech support that most of the topics get answered within a day.
And its true about that a huge chunk is brazilian here but when there are no people willing to help out in the sections there our hands are tied.
Once again ALL people here do this just to keep the server running so please be a bit more polite and if you can type english then write in the main tech support. Since there are the most people atm that can help. Or ask a friend to translate it.
