Are your forums selective with reports?

I have formerly posted a request for bad manners (i did not say ban request, because it's your job to evaluate and apply the necessary ... action).

Apparently the forum rules must not be applied to all, or my understanding of English is quite poor.

Either way, i would like to point out that the actual word "stupid" is not a qualifier and in all legal terms, in any court of justice it's considered a offensive word.

Bearing that in mind, please see attached picture and the attached replay as your esteemed colleague pointed out "WC3PROS".

If the problem is too hard to solve (perhaps the accused party in this matter did not connect directly trough xpam - as i suspect), please tell me so. But don't go telling me that "stupid" is a qualifier.

Or perhaps in here is accepted? if so, please tell me/us what are the NON-offensive words similar to this one so all can start cursing everyone and have a "good time" doing it.

By heavy insults, we mostly refer to racism, religion / nation related insults, continuous insults regarding families and any other similar to it. Words like 'noob', 'idiot', 'retard' should be out of question.
