Player Bar.Open ruins a game

This player Bar.open(viper) accuses an ally of MH, not being sure of it.

My ally(Nevermore) had a Gem of true sight in his inventory and escaped from a invi trap.

Insulted my team,things like "vai tomar no cu" = fuck you and "fdp ridiculo" = ridiculous son of a bitch (whitch in my coutry are really haevy words) and kicked the players, including me, ruining the game.

Sth has to be done against this practice

I love dota games but I have time to play just once a day and he ruined the game.
