How to fix a Fatal eror

Every time I try to play war3 i get this error... Tell me how to fix this plz

That happens a lot of times cause of next couple of things:

1. MAPHACK
2. MAPHACK
3. MAPHACK
4. Warkeys/dota keys

I have none of those and I get at least one fatal error per week, but it always happens when I alt-tab back into the game.

Well I meant it happens about once a week, but that once per week is always when I alt-tab (I alt tab like 500+ times per week).

Just realized it could be taken as I ALWAYS crash when I alt-tab ;p

Well, happened to me last time I tried maphack... Too bad it was an old version.
