account doesnt exist problem

i registered and took a membership but when i want to play with it it says account doesnt exist but i checked it and everything was right my nickname is Vitamin i can login this site with this nickname and i am writing this post using the same account but i cant play the game i tried my oder accounts all of them works perfectly

Server and forum accounts are different.

• After that go to your email and activate it. Then you will be able to play.
