    Well today i have reinstalled w3, 3 times.
    Reinstalled my sistem 2 times and still nothing omfg what is going on ?? i cant connect
    I have tried everything but still nothing.Admins help me i spent my whole day trying to figure this out but i fail every time.Please help me i cant sleep,eat or fap.
    i suggest to you to try reinstall your system few more times .I reinstalled 5 times and it works now

    Conclusion:
    You should turn off more often server to make us rolling on the floor.
