Hello, the best solution is to find your problem in these tutorilas:
http://eurobattle.net/threads/103947-Guide-Hosting

Because it depends on what kind of modem you have, firewall, a lot of things.
Hosting under Firewall
Hosting under specific Firewall
Portforwarding
Static internal IP, Router Based
Static internal IP, Windows Based

http://canyouseeme.org Test on the hosting port of your Warcraft III instance (By default: 6112) If it doesn't work, then contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Ok do this please:

Show me a screenshot of the port forwarding you did on your router (linksys)
And show me also a screenshot of this- > Start -> Run -> Command -> type ipconfig -> I want to see the IPv4 or what ever they call it on your OS.

Read what I said; And do what Taz said. For a quicker response; Post it here.
As for my post: Create a screen shot of the result.

Ok a few things you should do:

1- Remove one of the entries and just put "both" in the protocol.

Go to http://canyouseeme.org and type in 6112. Does it give you error or success ?

If it's success, then you have no problem with the ports. Let me know.

OK. Now go to Warcraft III.
Main menu -> Options -> Gameplay -> Gameport . Tell us what that is.

On the results; You should be able to host. But, the reason why you are getting disconnected COULD be that the other user doesn't have the gameport opened.

For security issues only open port 6112, the others aren't used anyway.
