After he failed in game on IHRL he rage left with flaming on chat

I know this is for ban on playdota.eu and i did it , but reason im writing report here is next :

After it he started flaming via whisper ( racism , family related flame etc )

Due to his previos warns/bans i request perma lock on his account Shinrah_ and his other main account Destroyer.
