Introduction to
IHRL - I hate real life

What is it about?
- All of you are aware that we had multiple discussions related to this subject. Therefore, we've decided to make it on this way. IHRL stands for I Hate Real Life - Playdota Inhouse/Private League. Even though a vouch is required, it is still more or less open for everyone who's mid skilled player and who knows basic roles of teamplay in DoTa. This will be somehow an addon to the current Ladder system. But, current PSR wont be an condition for getting in. Because there are many players who plays on our bots and they never focused on getting their PSR and stats better. So we will be deciding on our Forum/Board, who will get chance to play in.

Our goal is for users to be able to play in a steady and controlled 'enviroment' without getting 'games ruined' by some random pubers. Also to motivate them with a new ladder system and awards. This is the result of the high amount of requests recently being seen in the Public channel and on the Forum. Users are looking forward for such a thing like this one.

Is there ladder?
-Yes, there will be a different ladder for this League. We will be giving a special awards for the top players.
Examples: Top ranked, Top killer, Top farmer, The best Team captain, The most game played, etc.

How do users get vouched?
- All users who are willing to play in our League, will be able to post their vouch requests here [url=http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/board,88.0.html]here[/url], and see if they get in or not(we will be pointing why they can't get in now, and when they will be able to re-post vouch request).

What are the rules?
- We will be using some of the current [url=http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,1425.0.html]Rules[/url], and also rules related only to IHRL. You can find them [url=http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,79819.0.html]here[/url].

How will Bot system work?
-There will be always opened pool in the channel. So users will be able to type !sign to get in the pool. After 10 users are signed, Bot will automaticly host the game.
Besides signing in the pool, there is also two other ways to start a game. Team Captains, Vouchers and Admin will have command '!host game', and Team Captains will be able to challenge other Team Captains.
We will be implementing some new ranks/user levels in that channel aswell.

With following order:






VIP - We are still working on the priviliges which people with this rank will have.
Team Captain - Users with this rank will be able to use some commands which normal users are not able to use. Like: !host game *hosting game even when 10 users are not signed in*, !swap and !start. Also making challenges etc.
Moderator - Checking if there is any unwanted activity taking place in the channel, also organizing games in the channel, solving users ban/unban requests.
Voucher - Almost same priviliges as Moderators, but with an additional. Users with this rank will be able to decide over users vouch requests.
Admin - Organizing everything on this channel.

So, as you've probably read above Team captains will be able to host game manually. But they will be also able to run challanges. We will be counting won/lost challanges of each Team captain, so we might add some awards to the best Team captain.

IHRL is placed on xpam in channel called: IHRL.

A quite a nice ideea,we always have ss for advanced members,and pd for pubs,but we where missing something for mid-level members.

Users can go trough pubs to forge up some basic skills,apply for ihrl to start learning more competitive dota,and end up in ss.

Too bad that old IHRL (read: InHouse DotA Raven's League) didn't started with success.
I remember those times when I was captain there. Bloodmen and Avner were IHRL admins.
Well, see you sometimes there, gladly I will come to play some challenge.

The replays have to be from a league,that means what more exactly,the only league we have except ihrl is ss.
