bad username or password

I created a new account.
I have received the mail activation at : janharrier@windowslive.com ( i am 100% sure that this is the mail - i'm still logged in )
I am logged in this eurobattle account :Jan ( 100% right ).
When i want to activate my account : it tells me bad username/password
( i'm 100% sure i type good password).
Even so,I tried recovery password but error : The Email you have provided doesn't match.
Could anyone tell me what should i do?

Well I dont know when have u created your nickname, but nickname Jan already exists and its created last year.

I have the same problem!
When i try to play w3 it say "Activate your account on eurobattle.net" then i try to activate here http://app.eurobattle.net/activate/step2 but it say bad password or userneme!
Help me pls why i cant activate this account?

I'm sorry sir, Eurobattle.net is not a specific DotA server. Anyway, check your username and password, or try to reset the password.

And make sure you actually have a game server account.
