He had more than 3 seconds delay. I used stapwatch to know real value. It does not fit to his ping so it was some king of third party program? Three unplayable games agains him... Urgh.

"Every time, you want to report lagger, do as following:
1) Make sure that lag doesn't stop. In fact, try to ping host and yourself as many times, as you can in first few minutes of the game, to be sure you are lagging cause of his high ping.
2) Tell the host he has high ping, and due to that, it's unplayable for you.

I told him about giant delay several times in first game and it was without any response so i had no reason to continue with spaming him next games. Do not bother with my reports. Sinner will get note in best and only if you make many steps by rules. It is ridicule for decent player. Anyway i come here from battle.net for less paintfull games and guess what? It is much worse here in everythink. I tried garena and it is so fucking better than your server that i realy do not have reason to play w3 1v1 here anymore. Do whatever you want with your dirty players. I do not care now.
