Skillwise I think he's good enough now I trust Decay's judgment, if you manage to convince him that you will behave in SS than you have my vouch.
I won't take this to myself as I was wrong some time ago when I wrote on Mrkenzy's vouch request, he was flaming in Balkan community, but I've never seen him raging nor flaming in SS. (Except that ban thingy but he was trolling as most people do in SS)
