Server on - Still EconnReset

Hi,
i know there were a lot of threads here this day.
But now the Webpage here is saying that the Server is Online and i can connect with one of my computers too.
But at the other Computer i get a ECONNRESET and the message that i am probably temporarily IP Banned. (i am NOT on the banlist)


So
Is the Server offline or online :// I'm little bit confused

How is it possible that one machine can connect and the other can't?

Realm show online on forum, but server is offline.

Just accept the thought that the server is off, and accept the thought that your lives are sad when you can't just accept it as normal and go do other things. But instead make milion threads where you all state a so obvious fact - that the server is off.
