Clan disband issue

I'm having quite a problem with Clan IdL, who has been recently disbanded by an unknown person. Me and ^cass^ are the only chieftains of the clan, but not one of us was online at the time.

So i'm asking : Is it possible for anybody except the chiefs to disband the clan ? Also, can someone spoof one of the nicknames and abuse the comands ?

Also, is there any kind of recording about the disband command ? So i at least know if somebody used my/^cass^'s account to do this.

P.s : The action was carried supposedly between 28-29 september, 20:00 PM - 0:00 AM GMT (22:00 PM - 2:00 AM GMT+2).

A little tip for both the chieftains; Change your passwords. It can be that either of you have been hacked.

actually you could check the logs and see which ip logged on the 2 chief's accounts.More then 1 ip on one of the accounts would point out eighter that theyr accs got haxed or that they have dynamical ip.
