i do sports since i was 13 ?14? back than i always watched bloodsport and other karate movies and did some exersises at home nothing serious. later than gym then boxing. this summer i didnt train at all. longest pause in my life. this week i started again and i wanna also try kickboxing.
years later i can say, DONT DO GYM, do something that makes more sense, for example boxing/ringing/kickboxing.
bodybuilding is no sport anymore, its kind of art, form body. take roids and grow faster than anybody...

there was a day, some guy came to me and said, hey kas, u wanna some roids? i can get u all u want/need. from dianabol over testo to parabolan etc.
i said to him, give me 1 day to decide.
i went to some other forum , a forum where i am also active, a BB forum, read 2 hours anything about roids i could read.
my desicion in the end was no.
its cool to look big when u are 18 or so, but u pay the price very early.
i have a friend who is 30, he cant eat sweets without taking pills before, he abused roids for 4 or so years, just to look big with age of 20.

btw dark, u if u get anabol u can build muscles much faster. buy some, they are awesome
