we can, we just would need to know why.
The answer is No.
We got a gap of 15 levels and based in your stats (Level 17 Solo) you can play against those who got level 2 until 32 while in team you can play even against level 1 or 100.
Some players were complaining about my host because i am Brazilian (Level 25 Solo) and then i asked to reset my records.
So we're not going to reset your stats just because you feel like having a decent % of wins.
