i tell you that you will get demoted because u abuse your power. in that thread i told you IF you delete posts you will get demoted. back when you deleted those posts i told you you will get demoted but i had no proof/reason. as i said before, deleting posts in a lively thread like that is pure retardness making ppl unable to post, thus lowering forum popularity
that thread got about 3pages of USEFULL information in less than half a day and u deleted most of them because u were losing an argument

Honestly, i am sorry we have to chat under these circumstances but this situation has gone way under control.

First of all i would like to ask you to read carefully every aspect mentioned in the topic below while i apologize for the length of the subject . ( I am aware of your tasks here as the head administrator as well as the dedicated threads for such problems , but i wouldn't take my chances to turn this into a debate or any other spam form , since it seems it already turned into one, as i will show you ) .

Secondly , i am writing this to you from a friend''s account , since my own and currently user ( thenootz ) is banned by vks.eternal.

It is not of my competence to value neither to doubt his skills as a tournament moderator , but when it comes to moderating a forum , things tend to get sloppy.
The fact is I am user on eurobattle.net since its early days , I also donated several times ( either for channel admin , or for different reasons ) , and I realized my whole forum activity mainly on the Romanian channel , price of several years, while I never got in any kind of dispute with any of the "always changing" moderators , hence i never got any forum warning neither in-game bot banns.

The current situation involves vks.eternal and the the main accusation : rank abuse . I will explain it briefly as it follows :

1) he is the only moderator that warned me several times, repeatedly with 5 points of infrigm. for SPAM in a SPAM dedicated thread ( aka Chit-Chat forum ) .
2) the whole thing turned afterwards into a personal problem for him , while he was provoking very subtle every single time he had the chance, probably just to warn some more .
3) recently he was involved ( as I think you are already aware of that ) in a debate for severe insults ( joke about a Christian holiday , involving his mother, dead relatives etc ) to a RO member : rhaz

First of all let me start by ....

4)the main reason that led to my forum ban :
starting from the above discussion involving rhaz, on our Chit Chat thread, every single member ( including current Ro moderators ) posted their disapproval to vks.eternal ' s cocky attitude and lack of respect . In addition , he was asked to apologize for what he said , while he went on with the " there is nothing you can do about it / you don't tell me what to do and what to say " charisma. At that moment I posted this :

This message is actually a facepalm , a proof and also , you may call it a challenge , to vks.eternal that being a moderator ( in his point of view, a god maybe ) it means you are untouchable . What I did there is simply to offend on purpose ( soft -> mild ) rhaz, ilikebeer , 2 moderators ( all of them friends of mine , they can all confirm that ) with soft language ( such us penis, anus , you can also read between the lines , but yet again, i said penis, anus, and not cock, dick , ass and so on ... plus some abbreviations like "mm" , related to the all known : gtfo, ffs, wtf , fu, etc.) just to prove my point that I might get banned asap. Done. Few hours later i got the "punishment". Bear in mind Cen that NOTHING from that message was ABOUT or RELATED to HIM ! It was just a HUGE IRONY that proved my point exactly ! ( members replied shortly after my post things like : careful nootz, you might get banned , he's way to narrow minded to get the irony ) .
5) I do not know since it ain't any of my business what happened after the "rhaz" incident but I might figure some things changed while he "apologized" under pressure afterwards.
6) since he is NOT a Romanian moderator, RO-DOTA league moderator or any Romanian Moderating Team related , that DOES NOT give him the privilege to act as he pleases ,for the simple fact that we share the same nationality , hence banning for personal incrimination and disputes , and even less rights to WARN for SPAM in a SPAM related thread .
( for example, i did argue with -decay- too, he is also a moderator, but he never acted in such way )

All in all , what I would like to ask you is just to remove my forum ban . I got all of the others Ro moderators on my side ( Goodangel, Mitix .. who clearly asked him to remove my ban since it is unfair ).
As far as vks.eternal is concerned , i would also like for you to understand that this is not a demote request . That topic is beyond my attributes or my interests and it should be handled by the staff in charge .( but if you ask me he definitely cross the line . )

Once again i apologize for the length of the topic , and thank you for your time. Feel free to ask me any related question in order to clear this problem. I'm looking forward to hearing from you .

@vks.Eternal: Dude, bear in mind that I DID NOT REPORT HIM the same way I reported you, MERELY BECAUSE I got the irony behind it! Now how come you have the nerve to even presume that I wanted thenootz banned (he is my friend FFS! we mutually establish the rules when communicating with each other and how far "offensive language" can go between us. It is not the same for me and you, we don't know each other in REAL LIFE, nor here on XPAM! FOR GOD'S SAKE, I'd have reported him if I felt he crossed the line!!). So again I ask: what gives you the right to empart bans arbitrarily when NO ONE REPORTED THE GUY for inappropriate language (not even the RIGHTFUL Mods of Romania Country Zone)!

Furthemore, I indeed accepted your apologies for insulting me, my religious views and my family (both my mother AND my uncle), since I know it took a lot for you to apologise to me. But that does NOT change the fact that you banned my friend for no good reason! AGAIN: I'd have REPORTED any act of inappropriate language on his part, had I felt insulted (same way I reported you!), yet that was not the case, because he was speaking IRONICALLY (just to prove a point!), and I have sufficient intellect to GET THAT! So did everyone else EXCEPT YOU it seems! Now I cannot believe that you yourself didn't get that (I highly doubt that you weren't smart enough for that), which only leads me to ONE CONCLUSION: you have a personal vendetta against him (or maybe even myself, but in order to keep appearances, you ban my friends instead). And from this point of view, I don't think that what you did qualifies for the position you currently occupy and the power (as well as responsibilities, obviously) that come with it!

So I ask one last time: what gives you the right to ban him? (let's not even get started on I.like.beer's case... if those were insults, what you said to me qualifies as downright maliciousness, violent language and demeaning remarks against a simple User and fellow countryman for that matter). And THIS, I'm afraid, downright falls out of the "fix with a mere apology" category!

In conclusion, Cen, I strongly believe that this might qualify as a good queue for you to intervene in this matter and let the people involved in it know what actions have been taken against this vks.Eternal who just seems to utterly misunderstand that the privileges bestowed onto him by the leaders of this great community (XPAM) DON'T give him the right to act like a GOD around here!... and not just anyway, but in a way that is equally disrespectful, defying and demeaning towards his fellow peers (lesser "privileged" peers, granted, but IN NO WAY lesser members of this community!).
