MR.baby, please read what he is saying, he has problems with joining, not hosting...

jearbear, your topic name and question are two different things. It's most likely that you are denied from the hosts. This means that users from the USA cannot join games. Please try playdota.eu for games.

Anyway, jearbear, to make things clear; You're trying to host a game using GHost? If so, change the game port in the Warcraft III options menu. And only forward: 6112. 6113 to 6119 are optional for those who host with multiple bots.

Ok i am compltely lost, found out im going through two routers, First is a Quest router, connects directly to the internet, then a linkysys connects us to it? So its basically Internet>questrouter>linkysys>Me

First thing i did, was create a static Ip

I forwarded the ports "6112-6119" to the linksys adress "192.168.0.3"

Then i forwarded 6112-6119 From linksys To my computer,

should work shouldn't it?? im lost guys idk what else to do..

It should. Make sure you don't reset the Linksys. There's a little chance that it will reset your settings. If it doesn't work for you after a few weeks, check both the routers. Also, for your own safety do only forward 6112, optionally 6113.

@MR.baby; See what I mean, this isn't covered in the tutorials. This is what I meant with "Don't ignore him", he already said that he had turned EVERYTHING off, and that he's not at a campus. So, it's either his ISP or a second, third, etc. router... (On a very rare basis it could be that something else is blocking everything, yes.)

(No offence was intended in the part for MR.baby.)

Please don't reply to this thread anymore if you do not know that there's a difference between a hardware cursor and a softare cursor, niceone. It might cause a mess.
