If you're talking about the server account then yes, but, this is usually done only in certain cases. Some examples would be a moderator's nickname whose server account should correspond to his forum one, so he can be found easier in case he is needed, or a player's account who has been bugged ( doesn't record ladder wins/losses, so the account is recreated or renamed ).

Still, if you want to do it, try and PM an admin who has access to the database ( after my calculations, there are like 4 atm - check [URL="http://eurobattle.net/showgroups.php"]this[/URL] ) and ask for it, while of course bringing a plausible reason for which you need your account renamed.
