blizzard port (wow and Warcraft 3) has been blocked by my network administrator. I'm not familiar with this and I've been wondering if there is any way to connect to battlenet without asking my administrator to unblock it (he don't want to )?

You could use a proxy but, still, you'll need like 2-3 proxies in total, both local and external. Since you're appear to be a student; Get back to your desk and learn.
Edit: Do never, ever ask some one to help you with this... I could take days to program this thing and if it even works, you'll get a really, massively high lag. (+/- 800ms - 2000ms)
