Wierd Problem!

Ok i have this very strange problem..My Cpu goes 80-100% when i play Dota.I was playing dota with this pc for like 5 years now without a problem.I recently formated(windows xp Sp3) and installed new W3 (torrent download).I have googled my problem and i found out that there are other ppl who had the same Problem.Exactly the same tbh, for example like this guy [url]http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic226185.html[/url]

Specs:
CPU: Intel Dual Core 3.00 Ghz
Ram 3 GB DDR2(its been a week since i bought it from 1GB>3GB)
Graphic card(same as ram) Nvidia Geforce 210
Windows XP SP3


As i said i have the exact same problem with the guy on the link, I spike like crazy on dota games cuz cpu goes 80-100%..and yes i have everything else closed..AND it happens only on w3 not in other games like Lineage2 for example.

i face this problem before ,, all i do formated my pc and Get new xp Windows but Get Good Anti-Virus !

Every thing good with me now :P
