OPEN DOTA COUNTRY TOURNAMENT

INTRODUCTION

Stage 1: Team registration
Gather a team of 5+ players from your country and register. Example:

Team: Pwners
Captain: cen
Players:
player1
player2
player3
player4
...

All players must come from the same country. Don't try to trick us here, we have more than enough tools to find out the origin.

Stage 2: Qualifiers
Countries with more than 4 registered teams will play qualifiers. System will be Bo1, Bo3 and normal/DE, it really depends on the number of teams.
Countries with less than 4 registered teams will be grouped together to form a group in qualifiers and will play the same way as teams above. Why? Let's say only 1 team registers for country X. That would mean that team is auto-forwarded to next stage, which is really not fair, because some other teams will have to fight their way there. That's why we'll randomly mix countries with not enough teams.

On the end, we will have 1 representative per country.

Stage 3: Country tour
The system here depends on number of registered countries, so I can't say anything for now. It'll probably be bo3 double elimination.

-games with BR teams will be played on US server, other games can be played on national leagues or w3-tour hosts.
