I'll just write how to make it
step one:
take some rice
first wash the rice till the water you wash the rice with remains clear
cook the rice
put ajvar in the rice
(the amount I leave up to your personal taste)
step 2:
cut two carrorts and an onion
stew the onion
stew the carrots
(I also put in two leaves of white lettuce but since I don't know the name of the lettuce, I won't advise you to do the same cause other experiments with lettuce which I've done didn't really turn out that well)
step 3:
make a bechamelsauce
since this is really basic cooking, I won't write down how to do it
if you don't know how to do it, google it
mix the stewed vegetables with the bechamelsauce
step 4:
take an ovendish, put the rice with ajvar on the bottom of the dish so you have about a 1,5 to two centimeter layer of rice
on top of it, put a layer of bechamelsauce of about one centimeter
put the dish in the fridge and let it cool down
dober tek
PS:
if you like my dish and call it your own creation
I will find you and gut you like a pig
