about port forward

when i try to forward my ports i use save than it says its need reboot
i reboot it than after reboot forwarded port disappear from list

Saved!changes don't effect until reboot
so i rebooted router and on that page all port wen't like this

What type of reboot you did?

Pull the plug or click on the reboot button?

Have you tried contacting your ISP? Most of the time they can directly help you with router issues.

Anyhow; On what account have you logged in? It is possible that you need to login with the administrator account to make such changes.

i logged whit administrator account i changed Special AP to allow 6112/6113 for my bot saved it rebooted but i can't do that whit virtual server

Remove the AP, I think it was to do something with double entries.

tried that and after that i couldn't add it in Special AP
after doing canyouseeme.org
it says
connection refused

the last i ran was osiris it worked than after i tried and my port list went blank

Did you get the router from your ISP or did you buy it yourself?

I have a button inside my router that is called upgrade firmware... where you can put in a firmware upgrade file... maybe search that one on your router.

can it ruin anything if its not my product?
