I like none of those clubs playing in semifinals, but if I had to choose some of them, I would choose MU.

Ye, same here. These last 4 Real-Barca matches were display of decadence of football.

If Schalke would at least show some desire for win, but they look more like "who gives a fuck". Ungrateful bastards... they deserve to get beaten down really hard.

Manchester have a solid chance of winning the title. Barca may be technically a better team, but United can hold their defense pretty strong. Vidic is fit, VdS is fit, Ferdinand is fit, even Smalling should be ready in case of emergency and he is a great asset. Another man who can make the difference is fit - Fletcher. After that ridiculous red card against Arsenal 2 years ago, United's defensive part of midfield was left to Carrick and Anderson both of whom were, and partially still are for that matter, rather poor midfielders - variable in offense, and clumsy and prone to errors in defense, whereas Fletcher was, and nowadays is even more, an absolute dog in midfield and and a solid distributor in offense.
Another key difference is United's lack of offensive players. Ironically enough, this is a good thing. Two years ago Fergie was tempted to put in all his forward aces into the game, which he did - he started with Rooney, Park and Ronaldo as forward 3, and Giggs as trequartista, and he introduced Tevez and Berbatov taking out only a single forward - Park . Effectively he went from 4-3-3, which is a rather ambitious way to play against Barca on its own, to an effective formation of 4-2-4 which is not ambitious at all. It is crazy. Nowadays with his obvious lack of forward options United is forced to play 4-4-2 as the most offensive formation possible, with a possibility of playing 4-5-1, a defensive, but a more effective formation against Barcelona.
Not that Barca has no chances, their attributes need no introduction. Either way I think I give United 35-40% chances of winning, and 60-65% chances to Barca, but should United not concede a goal, till say, 60th minute, their chances increase drastically.
We must love one another or die.

If you don't want a man unhappy politically, don't give him two sides to a question to worry him; give him one. Better yet, give him none.
