That ip range is banned almost month ago, if you have static ip you would came a month ago to ask for unban. That ip is from CrazyMrki (guy from your town) which is banned for mass flames (towards admins, mods, and players).
You know what i think? I think that you just logged from his house to try to get ip unban for him.

Ban remains.

As i already told noel on Balkan i changed my router and since then i cant log on xpam, dont know did that change my ip, or what but i m telling u the truth.

edit: Da nije mozda zbog range bana od Mrkija posto dosta igraca ne moze da se konektuje na xpam koji su na istom provajderu(kablovski) kao i on?

I can guarantee that this guy did not done that "went on their house and try to get ip unban for them", cause he could done that long time ago.
