Hi. Parent insults are very upsetting, and very childish.
I have also posted a ban req on the playdota.eu site, I will attach link to that too. You can read ingame chat log there too, but not necessary in my opinion.
Also, I think this is the same guy as grim^reaper, who is already permabanned here.
