I know my forum account but i forgot my game account password

My account is Silwanas im sure of that im always using that
but when i try to reset my pass i write in my email and get a funny message:

Access denied for user 'shakar'@'core.xan.pl' (using password: YES)

i have no idea what it means im not polis or shakar or whatever...

any ideas? plz i dont want to make another acc i always use Silwanas everywhere
