imo it was a bit harsh in my opinion. Since it was a PD situation he could have at least being PD muted witch would be seriously more fair then a server mute.
This went this far just because you two dont like each other.

First there is no insult toward the nation in this sentence "fucking croatian idiots are making my net sux", every country have idiots! If I said "all croatian are idiots" that would be insult toward the nation! So please do not mess up my case and your case! My situation was took out of contest, cause there is few trolls who were w8 for that, and if efk0 read all chat he would see that i was trying to explain that sentence!
So once again, do not merge my case and yours cause it is 2 different situations!
P.S. Unmute him efk0 please,if he wants to be unmuted, for me it was enough!
