dunno if you still need help but.
Use "concatenate strings"
in first one use color code opening "|cff00ffff"
in other again use "concatenate strings" and in first use player name and in other one "|r"

example

Game - Display to (All players) the text: (|cff00ffffPlayer + ((Name of Player_1) + draws 5 cards.|r))
