You can't. Leave it inactive for 6 months and it will be automatically deleted.

I think only server ones are deleted every 6 months.
Anyway, send a PM to an admin (ancient priest, herr, extasy or shakar) from the account which you want to delete asking for it.

We don't use to delete accounts ordinarily. Press Log out and Register again. There is no restriction.
